Sanfix
pipe material:
sanfix
VPEc piping of polyethylene, cross-linked by irradiation (PE-X),
black, unaffected by UV radiation, in PE protective pipe, according
to DIN 16892/93 and DVGW Work Sheet W531, DVGW Test Mark K165
A comforting
thought - a permanently reliable connection.:
Sanfix
pipes and connectors are clamped to units in second - and such a
connection can even be installed in inaccessible places.

Sanfix is
hygienically safe for hot and cold water - according to the KTW
recommendation of the German Federal Health Board. Uniquely designed,
Sanfix has built in protection. The water carrying VPEc-pipe is
jacketed by a protective PE-pipe (pipe-in-pipe principle). There
is consequently built-in protection against mechanical damage and
condensation (cf. DIN 1998, Part2).
Sanfix can
take the strain of:
20 deg C
: 20 bar : 50 years
70 deg C : 11 bar : 50 years
80 deg C : 10 bar : 25 years
95 deg C : 9 bar : 10 years
increased temperatures (max. 110 deg C at max. 6 bar) due to faults
in operation are accepted for up to 8000 hours.
The pipe-in-pipe
system is laid between the sub-distribution system and the tap connection
as an endless pipe from the reel- no soldered, threaded, welded
or bonded connections. In modern wall-side technique in particular,
this way of laying flexible pipe offers enormous advantages.
